Refund policy
Paid teaching tickets at this hospital. Paying books a dated place, not a shop return.

Who you pay
- The hospital that hosts the event is the seller of the ticket.
- Bleepy provides the booking software.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Open this page on the hospital website to see that hospital’s refund rule.
If you cancel
- Cancel in Bleepy before the event’s cancellation deadline. If none is set, cancel before the session starts.
- Automatic refunds are set per event. If they are off, cancelling only frees your seat.
- After the deadline, or once the session has started, you cannot cancel in Bleepy.
If the education team cancels
- If the education team cancels your place, you receive the full ticket price back and an email.
- If they cancel the session, every paid booking is refunded in full.
- Those full refunds do not follow the learner-cancel fee rule above.
What is not refunded
- Free bookings — there is no ticket to refund.
- Complimentary staff places, unless the event says otherwise.
- Unpaid Checkout holds. You have not paid yet.
How long it takes
- Refunds are returned to the same card.
- Banks usually take a few working days to show the credit.
Cancelling a booking is covered by the cancellation policy.
